What the enquiry form collects

The form asks for your name, email, property interests and a message. Your phone number is optional. The full form also offers optional area and moving-time information. Please do not submit identity documents, financial records or other sensitive documents through this form.

How your information is used

When you submit with consent, your details and message are sent to Lofty, the customer relationship management service used to respond to your enquiry and organize follow-up. Standard enquiry forms do not subscribe you to ongoing marketing or authorize automated calls. They request a conversation; they do not reserve an appointment or establish a representation agreement.

Direct consultation booking

You can choose an available 30-minute consultation without submitting an enquiry first. When you show the booking calendar or open its link, Google receives technical information and processes your name, email and appointment details to create the booking and send a confirmation with a Google Meet link. The appointment also syncs into Lofty. Where you have an existing enquiry, the team matches the booking by email; use the same email for both. Read Google’s privacy policy. Google and Lofty may process information outside Canada.

Booking is for your requested consultation only. It does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing or request an automated virtual-assistant call. Your invitation includes options to change or cancel. The team checks existing bookings before considering any separately permitted follow-up call. No mortgage calculation or income information is needed to book.

Mortgage calculator: separate from consultations

The buyer-page mortgage estimate runs in your browser. Calculator entries are not sent to Lofty merely because you calculate or change an amount. If you choose “Share my estimate with Md Evan” and accept the separate sharing consent, your name, email, optional phone and area, message, home price, down payment, illustrative rate, amortization, optional self-reported gross household income and calculated estimate are sent through the website to Lofty as a mortgage-estimate enquiry and dated notes, separate from a consultation request. No bank documents or credit report are requested, and the estimate is not lender pre-approval or a credit application.

Using or sharing the calculator does not request a consultation, reserve an appointment or authorize a Sarah call. Consultation requests use the separate consultation form and do not require mortgage calculations or income information. Any later virtual-assistant callback requires its own documented permission and the team’s booking, opt-out and prior-call checks.

If that callback is arranged, the conversation is transcribed to support follow-up using ElevenLabs, Twilio and Lofty. These services may process information outside Canada. Read ElevenLabs’ privacy policy and Twilio’s privacy notice. Calculator sharing never starts that callback. You can contact Md Evan directly instead.

Storage and service providers

This website uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites hosting and Lofty for enquiry management. These cloud services may process information outside Canada. Lofty’s published privacy policy identifies processing and storage in the United States. Information processed abroad can be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access requirements.

Retention and deletion requests

Enquiry records support your request and any resulting business relationship. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable brokerage and legal recordkeeping obligations. You can ask how long a particular record needs to be kept or request its deletion using the contact details above. A request to stop contact is separate from deleting records that must be retained.

Your choices and questions

You can contact me directly instead of using the form. To request access to information held for your enquiry, request a correction, withdraw consent for further contact, or raise a privacy concern, use the email or phone number above. Any request to remove records will be considered alongside applicable brokerage and legal recordkeeping obligations.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, referral channels, booking-calendar clicks, property-search clicks and successful enquiries. Analytics cookies are not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” Choosing “Decline analytics” leaves the website, enquiry form, calculator and booking links available. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of any page.

Google processes technical browser and device information and cookie identifiers, and may process information outside Canada. The analytics integration excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text and mortgage-calculator inputs; it does not turn anonymous visitors into CRM contacts. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. Analytics cookies expire after six months, and this website remembers your preference for up to six months. Technical services and external content

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and security services process technical request information, and the form uses temporary security checks and rate limits to reduce abuse. External image and font services may receive technical information when their content loads.

The YouTube player loads after you choose to play a video. YouTube and other linked social, podcast and messaging services apply their own privacy policies when you use them. This website does not automatically turn anonymous visitors, video viewers or social followers into identified CRM contacts.

Property search

Property search opens on my separately hosted Lofty website. Its registration, privacy and listing terms apply there; read the property-search privacy and cookie policies. Choose to register or enquire there if you want to share contact details. Verify availability, price, features and any other material property details before relying on them. Illustrative images on this website are labelled and do not advertise a specific property for sale.
